The Pennsylvania Department of Labor & industry has created videos to help guide you through Pennsylvania's UC process and to provide helpful information on how to navigate and complete necessary steps for UC benefits. PLEASE NOTE: The video on filing claims mentions filing claims biweekly, however since June of 2021 the biweekly process changed to a weekly process. This video has not yet been updated to reflect that change.
