For more than 200 years, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has maintained a tradition of publishing information to help citizens understand their government. The latest edition of The Pennsylvania Manual continues that tradition. The Pennsylvania Manual contains extensive information about Pennsylvania's local governments.
