Safety Planning and Resources

Whether or not the Address Confidentiality Program (ACP) becomes a part of your safety plan, it is extremely important when and if you find yourself in a dangerous situation -- you need to have a safety plan. Here are some resources that will be very helpful to you when creating your personal, safety plan. If you are in IMMEDIATE danger, please call 911 or contact your police department directly.

Victim Service Providers by Pennsylvania County

A victim service provider who works in a domestic violence, sexual assault or victim service program can help determine if the ACP would be helpful as part of a victim’s overall safety plan. If you are a crime victim or think you might be, the Pennsylvania Crime Victims website can assist you in determining your rights as a crime victim.

If your perpetrator has a criminal conviction, these resources may be helpful:

Vinewatch is a nationwide website that assists you with finding a perpetrator's custody status.

If the perpetrator has a criminal conviction that resulted in a Pennsylvania state sentence, please visit the Office of Victim Advocate website.
