Philadelphia County: Petition for Emergency Relief - Custody

Form with instructions from the Family Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia that may be used in custody proceedings taking place in Philadelphia courts. To file an Emergency custody petition, you must already have one of the following custody petitions pending: Complaint for Custody, Petition to Modify, or a Petition for Contempt. If you do not have one of these petitions pending you must file one of them at the same time that you file the Emergency Custody Petition. There may be additional fees for these filings.
