 Pennsylvania Petition To Modify Support

Click the document title to be linked to LawHelp Interactive where you can prepare a "Petition To Modify Support," which you can use if you are a party to a current support order and you want to ask for a change (increase/decrease) or to stop the order.

The site will ask you a series of questions about your situation and then create a petition for YOU based on YOUR ANSWERS. The petition can then be printed and filed in your local court.  PLEASE NOTE: This is NOT a fill-in-the-blank form.

IMPORTANT: To use this program, you must use Microsoft Word to print your documents. 

What does my computer need to use these programs?

  • You need Adobe Flash Player to use these programs. If the computer you are using does not have Adobe Flash Player installed and if you are permitted to download programs to the computer, you can  download it for free from Adobe.com.
  • You need Microsoft Word to see the documents properly. If the computer you are using does not have Microsoft Word and if you are permitted to download programs to the computer, you can download the Microsoft Word Viewer for free from Microsoft.com. The free Microsoft Word Viewer will allow you to view and print, but not change, the final documents generated by LawHelp Interactive.
