The Pennsylvania Department of Human Services' (DHS) seven program offices administer services that provide care and support to Pennsylvania's most vulnerable individuals and families. Programs include the Office of Medical Assistance Programs; the Office of Developmental Programs; the Office of Children Youth and Families; and the Office of Income Maintenance.
