Services provide
The Mercer County Law Library is maintained and operated as a research facility for use by the Court, County Officials, the Bar, and the Public. See 42 Pa.C.S.A., Section 3724.
The public is invited to take advantage of these facilities for in-library research during office hours. There currently are two computer workstations in the library, which provide access to many law mediums, including Thomson-Reuters West Law, a server and inter-county information. All of which can be used as valuable research techniques. The library also offers printing and Xerox services.
The librarian can provide assistance in locating information, but cannot perform legal research on behalf of patrons. Mercer County Local Rules of Court (and other research links) can be found at the county web site: mcc.co.mercer.pa.us
