2026 Medicare Part D Zero Premium Prescription Drug Plans

In Pennsylvania, all dual eligibles and those approved for Extra Help with their Part D costs will have no premium if they enroll in one of the plans listed below.

Extra Help works with any Part D plan someone joins. No matter what prescription drug plan someone has, dual eligibles and others with Extra Help pay no deductible. Depending on their situation, people will pay the following Part D co-pays with Extra Help in 2026:

• $0 if someone gets Medicaid-covered long-term services and supports either in a nursing home or through a Home & Community-Based Services Waiver program
• $1.60/generics and $4.90/brand names (if getting full Medicaid health coverage and income is 100% FPL)
• $5.10/generics and $12.65/brand names (if income is >100% FPL)
