Jenkins is located on the 9th floor of Ten Penn Center, on the northwest corner of 18th and Market Streets in Center City Philadelphia. Members of the public are welcome to visit the library for $5.00 a day to do their own research. Please note that our building requires visitors to show a valid government-issued photo ID. Services provided
Reference Librarians provide assistance to the public by facilitating access to an extensive print and electronic collection. Jenkins staff are not attorneys and cannot answer legal questions or give legal advice. The librarians cannot select or fill out forms, write briefs, or conduct research for visitors. Visitors are welcome to use our computers for Word processing and internet access as well as access to Westlaw, LEXIS/NEXIS, Bloomberg Law, VitalLaw, and many other legal databases.
