Information on Various Types of Torts (Video)

LawShelf, a project of National Paralegal College, offers a series of short videos discussing legal concepts related to tort law and various type of torts, including common intentional torts; product liability; private and public nuisance; emotional distress; defamation; invasion of privacy; and medical malpractice. A tort is when an individual suffers harm or loss because of someone else’s wrongful conduct. An intentional tort occurs when someone deliberately intends the action which leads to the harm or loss of another.
