Watch this video to learn your rights under the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) if you live in federally subsidized housing or have a Section 8 voucher. This video covers federal laws, so the information is true no matter what state you live in.
 
This video will help you if:
  • you are facing eviction because of domestic violence, (0:27)
  • you are in danger of losing public housing or your Section 8 voucher because of domestic violence, (2:01)
  • you were told you can't get public housing or a Section 8 voucher because of domestic violence, (3:38)
