Legal Aid of Southeastern PA received funding through the Department of Human Services to advise and represent people receiving TANF (temporary assistance for needy families) with expungements.
Attorney Briant will review your record with you, and if you are eligible to have your record sealed or expunged, will represent you. If you cannot have your record sealed or expunged, you will receive information about the pardon process and your rights in applying for jobs while having a record.
