Clean Slate is automated sealing for:
- Charges that were dropped or you were found not guilty
- Summary convictions after 10 years
- Some misdemeanor convictions after 10 years
If your record will not be sealed automatically by Clean Slate, you may be able to file a petition to clear up your record or you can apply for a Pardon from the Governor. Attorneys will be available to talk to you about this new law, screen your record, and give you personalized advice.
