Consumer complaints regarding financial products and services can be submitted to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB).
Types of Complaints Accepted include:
- Checking and savings accounts
- Credit cards
- Credit repair services
- Credit reports and other personal consumer reports
- Debt collection
- Debt settlement
- Money transfers and money services
- Mortgages
- Payday loans
- Personal loans like installment and title loans
- Prepaid cards
- Student loans
- Vehicle loans or leases
Submit your complaint online.
If you can't submit online (7–10 minutes), you can submit over the phone (25–30 minutes). More than 180 languages are available.
