Operation
The Armstrong County Law Library (“Law Library”) shall be open to lawyers and the general public during the regular business hours of the Court and shall serve as a legal research facility for the Court, County officials, lawyers and the general public. No books, other works or library equipment may be removed from the Law Library by anyone except the Court.
