The Law Library of the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania was established by the Court in 1970 and was dedicated to Philadelphia Common Pleas Court past-President Judge Alex Bonavitacola in 2001.
The Law Library is located in Room 600 in Philadelphia's City Hall. Operating hours are from 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday. The Library is open to the public for reference.

The Stout Center for Criminal Justice Law Library (Satellite Location)
The Stout Center for Criminal Justice Law Library was established in 1995. It is a contemporary facility and the book collection is geared toward criminal law, procedure and evidence.
