Information from MidPenn Legal Services on when a tenant may be eligible for a reasonable accommodation from a landlord when renting a home or apartment. The Fair Housing Act (“FHA”) provides protection for disabled persons from discriminatory practices in all federally subsidized housing and most private housing.
