Who We Are
Northwestern Legal Services exists to serve the community in assessing and responding to clients' legal needs through their empowerment and attainment of justice. Free legal representation is provided to eligible clients in the following counties: Erie, Crawford, Mercer, Venango, Warren, McKean, Forest, Elk, Cameron, and Potter. New Clients should call 800-665-6957 or 814-452-6949, (Erie) Hours, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM.
