Who We Are
North Penn Legal Services provides free legal representation to eligible clients in the following counties: Bradford, Carbon, Clinton, Columbia, Lackawanna, Lehigh, Luzerne, Lycoming, Monroe, Montour, Northampton, Northumberland, Pike, Snyder, Sullivan, Susquehanna, Tioga, Union, Wayne, and Wyoming. Legal service is provided to eligible clients through the service offices listed under Units below. Intake hours are Monday-Thursday from 9:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. or 1:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
