| Information | --You must complete an intake form to determine eligibility for the Modest Means Program. If you qualify, you will be referred to an attorney who is a member of the program and will receive representation or have documents prepared at a reduced rate – determined by the Modest Means Program. Who We Are
The Bar Association of Lehigh County and Lawyer Referral Service is now offering legal services at a substantially reduced rate to clients who fall within the financial guidelines of the program.
The Modest Means Program is designed to help people who do not qualify for legal aid through North Penn Legal Services (NPLS), but cannot afford an attorney at regular attorney fees. You can complete an intake form to determine eligibility for the Modest Means Program. If you qualify, you will be referred to an attorney who is a member of the program and will receive representation or have documents prepared at a reduced rate – determined by the Modest Means Program. If you do not qualify, you will be referred out through the Lawyer Referral Service (LRS) as a normal procedure of the service.
