Legal Aid of Southeastern PA provides free civil legal services to low-income persons and victims of domestic abuse. This office handles domestic violence matters, including Protection from Abuse (PFA) orders.

| Income Guidelines | Victims of domestic violence will be represented free of charge regardless of income. Income levels are waived to all Protection From Abuse clients. Clients are responsible for filing fees and court costs to the extent not waivable. |
