Who We Are

Legal Aid of Southeastern PA provides free civil legal services to low-income person and victims of domestic abuse. The types of cases LASP handles include: public and private housing, consumer issues, bankruptcy, protection from abuse, custody, welfare, social security, unemployment compensation and elder law. 

Business Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm.

Income Guidelines

Victims of domestic violence will be represented free of charge regardless of income.

Income levels are waived to all Protection From Abuse clients.

Elderly clients may be eligible for special representation in certain cases.

Clients are responsible for filing fees and court costs to the extent not waivable.

Description of Services

This office provides civil legal services to indigent residents of Delaware County.

Telephone or Brief Service is available for all 4 counties served by our program through our Centralized Telephone Intake and Advice toll-free line, 877-429-5994, Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-1 p.m.
