Summit Legal Aid's mission is to provide civil justice to vulnerable people in need of legal help. Our services empower our clients by keeping families protected, homes secured, and finances stabilized.

| Income Guidelines | LSC Asset limits are applicable. No income or asset requirements for domestic violence cases. Special Income requirements will apply to elderly clients referred by the Area Agency on Aging. Some court filing fees, mediation and custody evaluation fees. |
