You are having trouble getting special education services for your child. We can help you to work with your child’s school to get transportation, nursing support, and other services to help your child in school.
Your child is turning 18 and cannot communicate his or her medical needs. We can talk to you about whether guardianship or power of attorney is right for your family.

Legal Aid of Southeastern PA, in partnership with the Montgomery County Dept. of Health & Human Services Office of Community Connections, will present a free, virtual Birth Certificate and ID Clinic Friday, April 30 from 12:00 PM-2:00 PM.
A Free Virtual Workshop on Clean Slate and Expungement will be held hrough a partnership between Legal Aid of Southeastern PA, United Way of Chester County and PA CareerLink of Chester County on April 23, 2021.
