Disaster Help for Survivors

The Disaster Recovery Assistance Program helps Pennsylvanians who have survived disasters and have no other way to recover. This program steps in when federal recovery funding isn't available, and for Pennsylvanians who might not qualify for federal funding. The program provides grants to households that can be used to make home repairs; pay for temporary housing; and replace certain personal items​.

DRCs are set up in convenient areas after a disaster to make them easier to find. The DRC Locator helps you find the hours, services, and locations of DRCs near you.
