Getting Health Coverage outside Open Enrollment - Special Enrollment Periods
HealthCare.gov provides information on enrolling for health care through the Health Insurance Marketplace if you have a life event that qualifies you for a Special Enrollment Period, even if the Open Enrollment Period is over.
