The AIDS Law Project provides legal assistance to all Pennsylvanians with HIV/AIDS or otherwise affected by the epidemic, regardless of income. Legal services are provided free of charge. In addition to providing direct legal advice, advocacy and representation, the AIDS Law Project sometimes refers clients to its statewide network of referral lawyers. Usually these lawyers work for free, although clients with adequate means may be charged an appropriate fee.
PALawHELP.org is provided as a public service by the Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Legal Services Corporation.
