The Pennsyylvania Utility Law Project exists to support and assist legal service programs, staff, and their clients in energy and utility matters affecting low-income people in Pennsylvania.
Representation is offered to groups and individuals in all counties of Pennsylvania who meet legal service financial eligibility and who present a utility or energy problem or issue having a substantial impact on low-income individuals in Pennsylvania.
