| ABOUT THE PROGRAM: |
Philadelphia Legal Assistance is dedicated to providing aggressive, high quality, legal services, advice and referrals for eligible low income people. We are committed to educating and empowering our clients and working collectively with other advocates to achieve these goals.
Philadelphia Legal Assistance, Inc. provides free legal representation to eligible clients in Philadelphia County.
Philadelphia Legal Assistance also provides legal representation to migrant workers with employment, housing and public benefits problems through the Pennsyvania Farmworker Project of Philadelphia Legal Assistance Center. This project provides free legal representation to eligible clients in all counties of Pennsylvania.

Applicants for service with income levels between 125%-187.5% of the poverty level may be eligible if special circumstances exist including but not limited to fixed debt obligations, certain family or medical expenses, seasonal employment or they are seeking a government benefit.
