| ABOUT THE PROGRAM: |
Pennsylvania Farmworker Project's bilingual staff assists migrant workers with problems in the following areas: wage and wage payment, violations of farmworker rights under federal and state protective statutes, substandard housing, job safety and public benefits, including unemployment compensation.
This office of Pennsylvania Farmworker Project provides free legal representation to eligible clients in Chester County.

Applicants for service with income levels between 125%-187.5% of the poverty level may be eligible if special circumstances exist, including but not limited to, fixed debt obligations, certain family or medical expenses, seasonal employment or seeking government benefit.
