Northwestern Legal Services exists to serve the community in assessing and responding to clients' legal needs through their empowerment and attainment of justice.

This office provides free legal representation to eligible clients in Erie County.

Wheelchair accessible? Y
Other accomodations: TRS services or sign language interpretation will be provided when needed to serve deaf clients.
Income Guidelines: 
  Your family's income should be at or below 125.0% of the poverty level.

Clients who have filed a petition for a PFA do not need to be income eligible.
 
Clients are responsible for court filing fees.
 
 
What kind of help is available?
This office provides the following services:
 
  Full Legal Representation
  Brief Advice
  Pro Se Legal Clinic- CUSTODY CLINIC and NO-FAULT DIVORCE CLINICS are offered. Preregistration is required. Call 814-452-6957 or (800) 665-6957 for information.
