GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT SERVICE:
 
Counties served by this office:  Indiana
Interpreters can be provided: Language line is available whenever necessary.
Wheelchair accessible? Y
Other accomodations: Deaf services and translators available.
Income Guidelines: 
  Your family's income should be at or below 125.0% of the poverty level.

Income and asset requirements are waived for all domestic violence cases.
 
Other eligibility requirements:
  This program does not serve prisoners
 
Clients will be responsible for filing fees and court costs to the extent not waivable. Clients will also be responsible for mediation and custody evaluation fees.
 
 
Emergency Instructions
If your problem is an emergency, follow the instructions below. Most offices are open on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., unless otherwise noted.
 
What is an emergency?  Domestic violence. Loss of shelter or utilities. Loss of income or essential benefits. Loss of family member (custody).
